Ombre eyebrow tattoos area cosmetic tattooing technique (also known as combo brows) that create a soft, shaded eyebrow look. This is achieved by implanting pigment into the skin using both manual and machine techniques in fine hair-like strokes.

Colour refresh appointments are recommended to keep your cosmetic tattoo fresh. After your initial appointment, we ask that you come back after 6 weeks to refresh any areas that need touching up. After this, it depends on how long your skin holds the pigment. Most people will come for a refresh every 6-12 months, while others may need to come more or less often.

The healing process from cosmetic tattoo can take 3-4 weeks. There are several stages of healing, and throughout these stages your tattoo may look lighter or darker than expected or desired. Please be patient through the healing process! If the final result isn't as dark as desired, we can remedy that at your 6-week refresh.

Brow tint is the OG when it comes to brow colour. It tints the hairs, but not the skin beneath. While you may have some staining on your skin for a day or so after you tint, it is not long-lating and will wash off, leaving only the hairs tinted, lasting around 2-4 weeks.

Henna is a safe and low-chemical alternative to brow tint and dye. Henna stains both the hair and the skin, for more dramtic results that brow tint. The stain on your skin will last up to 10 days, while the results in the hair will last up to 6 weeks.

Brow Dye is the newest option for colouring your brows. The dye permanently colours your brow hairs, and will remain until it falls out, and new hair regrows. This means you can go 6-8 weeks between brow dye appointments. The stain on your skin can last for up to 10 days, but will gradually wash off.

The most important two things are to avoid touching them, and keep them dry!

• The solution used in your lift or lamination needs to remain completely dry for 24 hours after your treatment, or it will be ineffective.
• Avoid rubbing or touching the area for 24 hours after your treatment.
• Avoid direct sunlight.
• Avoid using products with active ingredients (retinol, AHA, etc) for 72 hours after your appointment, as your skin may be more sensitive to them. We also recommend avoiding these products for 48-72 hours prior to your appointment.
• Avoid sunless tanning products on/around the treated area for 72 hours after your appointment.
• Do not alpply any makeup to the treated area for 24 hours after your appointment.
• From 48 hours after your appointment, you can apply a nourishing serum or oil on your lashes or brows. We recommend Lash Illusion(psst... it can be used on your brows too!)
